Consider Enrolling as a Client.
Enrolled clients may be allotted subsidies for:
- Medical insurance premiums
- HIV medications (and possibly additional medications)
- Office visits with their HIV provider
- Lab fees, referred by their HIV provider
We serve HIV+ and other Maui County individuals through Client Services case management. We offer assistance with medications and treatment, food, housing assistance, utilities, emotional support, linkage to medical and dental care, and medical insurance enrollment. We have a food pantry that clients can visit weekly. Fresh Maui produce is delivered weekly!

Prevention, Testing, and Programs
The Maui AIDS Foundation offers outreach, testing, and education initiatives for the general public. These initiatives offer free, private, and confidential testing for sexually transmitted infections (STIs) such gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, HIV, and hepatitis-C (HCV).
The people of Maui County can receive these essential services from MAF at no cost to them.
