Bryan is the clinical provider at Maui AIDS Foundation and oversees all the programs in its Free Clinic. He has worked at MAF since 2014, starting as a medical case manager while pursuing his Master of Science in Nursing from UH Mānoa. He has since utilized his Family Nurse Practitioner certification to augment the services MAF has in place, from treating STIs in the Testing Department to prescribing HIV medications to clients experiencing gaps in care. Originally from California, Bryan received his Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of California, San Francisco, in 2019. In 2024, he was recognized with the Suzanne Richmond-Crum Award from the Hawai‘i State Department of Health Harm Reduction Services Branch for outstanding contributions to HIV/AIDS services in Hawai‘i.
